Classes

We offer in-person group Children’s Yoga, Mom & Baby, and Toddler classes, and Yoga for Pregnancy classes in Fulham & Putney. Classes are intimate with no more than 7 families.

All classes are available to book privately.

Our aim is to help people of all ages have fun whilst exercising, build strong bodies, be equipped to find inner calm, and create foundations for lifelong mental wellness.

 

TODDLER YOGA

Saturdays 9:45 - 10:15

Yoga for Toddlers aged 1.5 to 5 years.

This is a fun and interactive class, with Yoga songs and movement. We go on themed adventures of Yoga poses around the world, into children’s stories, and other age relevant topics. We are passionate about teaching children about the benefits of yoga, to help build strong bodies and to find our internal calm whenever we need.

FAMILY YOGA

Saturdays 10:20 - 11:20

This class is for children between 4 and 9 years old, and their adults. They will learn stationary postures, flow, acro-yoga, breathing, relaxation and meditation. We offer opportunity to develop a healthy relationship with feelings, and emotional regulation techniques. Our classes are themed co-created adventures of yoga poses, around the world, into children's stories, or other age relevant topics.

We are passionate about helping children have fun whilst exercising, improve their motor skills, be equipped to find their own calm, and create foundations for lifelong mental wellness. You don't need to be a flexible pretzel, just come have fun!

EVERYBODY VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links postures together in a sequence, moving you seamlessly through the practice using your breath. As we connect to our breath, we bring our focus inwards, allow the mind to quiet, find connection with our internal world, and the present moment. A beautiful respite.

Depending on the energy and experience of those present, I will adapt class, teaching a combination of Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow.

This class provides a complete body workout, builds strength, flexibility, and creates space in the joints. Everyone is different and so each interpretation of a pose is unique, often changing daily. This class contains mindfulness elements.

It is my hope that you step off the mat feeling connected, refreshed and balanced.

MOM & BABY YOGA

The early days of Parenthood are a magical time as parents and baby get to know each other. Our Parent and Baby Yoga Class is a nurturing environment for:

  • Parent and Baby bonding

  • Connecting with other parents

  • Helping baby explore their new world

  • Postnatal restoration and well being

Babies can start from 8 weeks old and continue until they take their first steps. We will all do yoga together for 45 minutes, after class we offer a cup of tea and maybe something sweet to enjoy together.

Family –1 hour +

Vinyasa – 1 hour up to 90 minutes

Child – 45 minutes +

Parent and Baby - 45 minutes

Yoga for Pregnancy - 1 hour

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Yoga for Pregnancy supports a mothers physical body as it undergoes incredible changes and adaptations as baby grows. Coming out of our heads and into our body as we prepare for the life shift that motherhood offers is key. A mothers intuition is everything and for this we need to stop and breathe and listen.

This is an intimate class of three to four mothers provided at a private home studio near Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green in central Fulham.
