Everybody Yoga’s Terms & Conditions

We have written these Terms & Conditions in order to show fairness to all. We aim to provide high quality classes for all our customers. We are committed to the safety of all persons attending our lessons and to deliver the best service.

Registration

All Adults and Parents attending our classes are asked to complete either a pre-class online registration, or a paper based registration form before they or their child participates in their first class. We require that clients advise us of any changes to their medical details provided to us, so that we can ensure instruction and course content remains relevant and safe for all customers.

Booking & Payment

To book an initial Private Class contact info@everybodyyogacompany.co.uk this can be paid in advance or in cash on the day. Further Private sessions can then be booked in blocks of 6 classes, and must be paid in advance of the commencement of the first session. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a Private Class.48 hours notice is required to reschedule a one off booking.

If customers are unable to attend all sessions in our 6 week Mom & Baby offering, we offer makeup classes from the teachers home on Mondays at 10am for the last 3 weeks of the term. Missed classes are not transferable to another term.

Term Dates

Our Toddler and Mom & Baby classes run during term time, from St John’s Church and St Andrew’s Church.

Allergies

We ask that you do not bring any food into our classes so we can protect people with allergies. We often use organic lavender essential oil diluted in water as a spray in our classes. Please let us know if you have an allergy or sensitivity to fragrances.
